“Over many years I've sustained injuries from competing in lacrosse and downhill ski racing. I now have pain from arthritis in my hips, hands, shoulders and neck. Recently I received treatments from Mike Fricke and the relief from my pain has been amazing. Mike focuses on releasing muscles that have for years pulled abnormally on certain joints and teaches them to relax. I've never received this particular type of body work before and I'm so thankful that he knows how to get my body back into shape and get my pain to go away. "
